The Bainbridge-Decatur YMCA puts Christian Principles into practice through programs that build a healthy body, mind, and spirit for all. Character counts. YMCA values include honesty, caring, responsibility, respect, and healthy habits.

We have an indoor track, tennis courts, racquetball courts, indoor heated pool, cardiovascular center, and weight area available at our facility. Adjacent to our main facility is our Langston-Gray Bowling Center, a state-of-the-art family bowling center.

We offer a variety of programs including fitness classes, youth sports, swim lessons, swim team, school age childcare, bowling leagues and much more. We also sponsor several fund-raising special events such as the 10K in November, the bass tournament in September and the golf tournament in March.


NEW PILATES CLASSES!!
We now have Pilates classes onTuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00pm. Pilates classes emphasize core strength while improving flexibilty and balance ( two greatly overlooked components of overall health and fitness) using no-impact and low impact exercises.

All proceeds benefit our Partner With Youth Fund, which allows us to provide financial assistance to those in need so they can participate in YMCA membership and program activities. The YMCA is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization so all donations are tax deductible.
